About the Earl K. Long Federal Document Depository

depository library program symbol The Government Printing Office designated the UNO Library as a federal depository in 1963. We began receiving documents in 1964. We are an 86% Selective Depository and choose material from every government department and agency. The UNO library's Federal Government Documents collection contains government publications in print, microfilm and microfiche, CD-ROM, DVD, and electronic formats.  The print materials are located on the 2nd floor, while microforms, CD-ROMs, and DVDs are located on the 3rd floor.  Electronic formats can be accessed from the public computers, which are located on the 1st floor in the Learning Commons. Federal documents that have been added to our collection since 1976 can be searched for by using the UNO Library's online catalog. Learn more about this collection.
