Remember Someone with a Memorial Contribution
Your contribution toward the purchase of library resources will enhance students’ learning and will recall anew the memory of your loved one, friend, colleague, or mentor each time a student takes your gift from the shelf. You may choose to honor someone with a purchase in any of the following subject areas:
Anthropology | Geography |
Biology | History |
Business | Louisiana Studies |
Chemistry | Mathematics |
Computer Science | Music |
Earth & Environmental Science | Philosophy |
Education | Physics |
English | Political Science |
Film, Theater, and Communication Arts | Psychology |
Fine Arts | Sociology |
Foreign Languages | Urban Studies |
General Reference | No preference |
Librarians will select a book or other learning resource close in price to the amount of your gift. A bookplate and the library’s catalog record for the item will include a note identifying the person who is memorialized, and you and the person’s family will receive written acknowledgments.
Please print out and mail in the Earl K. Long Library Memorial/Honor Gift Form with your donation.
