New Log-in Method for ILLiad Accounts

The way in which you log-in to ILLiad has changed. Instead of logging in with your unique ILLiad username and password, you will log-in using your UNO username and password, and UNO two-factor authentication. This change is being made so that you will only need to use one username and password for library services.

What will happen when I log-in to ILLiad after the changeover?

You will be asked to fill out a registration form; please fill the form our and submit it, it is an important step for setting up the new log-in method.

I've submitted the form, but none of my pending, active, or past requests are listed in my account.

After you submit the form, interlibrary loan staff will migrate your pending, active, and past requests to your ILLiad account. If your requests do not appear in 24 hours, please contact us at libill@uno.edu.

I'm having trouble logging-in, what should I do?

Please send us an email at libill@uno.edu and provide the credentials with which you are logging-in and the error you are receiving. We will do our best to solve your access issues, but may need to refer you to campus IT.

Will there be any changes made to notifications I get from ILLiad?

No, you will still receive notifications about article and book arrivals to your UNO email address.
