InterLibrary Loan Help

Step 1

Log-in to your ILLiad account.

If you have forgotten your password, use the Forgot Password? link. If you have forgotten your username, contact interlibrary loan staff at libill@uno.edu.

Step 2

Click on the New Requests drop-down menu and select Book.

Step 3

Fill out the request form and try to provide as much information as you can. Once you have completed the form, click on Submit Request.

Step 4

You will be returned to the home page and your request will now be listed under Outstanding Requests. It will now be processed by interlibrary loan staff and sent to another library to fill. 

Step 5

When the book is ready for pick up from the library you will receive an email notification. Remember to bring your UNO ID card to check out the book.
