This collection contains research materials for two of Dr. Carol Gelderman's projects: the biography Henry Ford: The Wayward Capitalist and the presidential speechwriting project All the Presidents' Words: The Bully Pulpit and the Creation of the Virtual Presidency. The second project covers presidential administrations from Franklin Delano Roosevelt through Bill Clinton, who was in office when the work was written. In addition to photocopied articles, book excerpts, and research materials from presidential libraries, the collection includes some original materials including correspondence, original interviews, and screenplay drafts of a miniseries based on Gelderman's Henry Ford biography.
